MISSION, HISTORY & VISION
Michael Earth Osada. That's my name! I am an unshakable optimist who believes in the future connection of a multicultural experience and our ability to build it together. My why is to inspire people to be emotionally free so we can truly express ourselves, be understood, and live in harmony. My mission is to shatter the image of degradation and replace it with the mode for developing opportunity. I lead people into Emotional Freedom by helping them find Self-Awareness so they can experience a whole and complete life of bliss within Emotional Intelligence (EQ)!
As a survivor of mental, verbal, and emotional abuse that began at an early age, namely Narcissistic Abuse, I, Michael, lost my identity. When I woke up to the realization that my entire life was a lie, I went on a healing journey to gain inner peace and discovered remarkable patterns in relation to Self-Awareness, Mental Health, and Emotional Intelligence (EQ). With the responsibility to repair my identity from the scraps of what would make my soul complete, I discovered my purpose and role here on Earth by speaking into a camera and playing it back everyday until I learned exactly who I was. I have since overcome the hardship of losing everything and everyone that was ever close to me, persevered through nine months of homelessness, and survived over eight years of chronic progressive degenerative challenges to my health, all withstood by the young age of 21. As a result of most of my trials being deeply connected to human relationships, I've continued to develop the earnest experiential wisdom to share a fresh look into overcoming the challenges of human suffering, and I've devoted my life to sharing my thinking and leading a movement to inspire people to do what inspires them. This is about the humane experience, and our ability to live it together.
As an Emotional Freedom Coach and Speaker (with talents as a Speaker, Healer, and Leader), I cherish my ability to reach a wide range of people, connecting and working with individuals from all kinds of different backgrounds. It's a joy and an honor to guide them out of human suffering and into their calling.
I've found that the biggest thing most people struggle with is clarity. Through recording myself on camera, I've learned through thousands of repetitions to follow through with my own commitments. This led me to one of the things that I truly love, to dance. I have multiple roles to serve in, and I'm blessed with some additional gifts as a dancer, entertainer, performer, artist, singer, rapper, and writer.
If you'll notice, every one of these talents are dedicated to some form of communication with people, leading me to believe that the highest truest expression of myself would be in service of the relationships I can freely connect with in this universe.
It's not a complete story on its own though. If you can imagine, God gave me a thorn in my side concerning physical health challenges, something that I haven't found resolution for in half my lifetime. The gifts that I have to share through the part of me that wants to shine the most have been hidden from me. I can no longer access them in a broken and damaged container.
So, God has directed me to find a way out of this physical health predicament through struggle, through asking for help, and through the service of others by doubling down on the gifts and talents that I can align with doing - which leads me to uniting souls.
I believe in miracles, yet diving deep into spiritual practice hasn't saved me. The biggest clue I have is I have reclaimed my identity, so I'm going to give others theirs, and bless them how I know to share, to help them with what I've come back from, and give them clarity and purity on a level that I am prepared to step further into because I am doing the work to help myself continue through service of the highest good of all beings or better.
I believe God pushes you into pain until you into pain until you are pulled into a higher calling. My thorn has to be plucked and branches pruned so as to be ready to blossom. By bringing out that which is within me, it will save me, but to not do so would be what destroys me. So I have to share my gifts. When I do that, people will be happy to help me. Then, my interest in saving the earth beyond myself, my own name middle name being Earth will be wholly possible.
It took me exactly one year to learn who I am and what I'm meant to be doing using my method for developing self-awareness through Awareness Documentation, and with the positive gifts of mental health and emotional intelligence, my journey behind me, all documented on camera, proves to me that I can continue documenting my journey forward. It's free, for all to see. The hero's journey.
My deepest intention is to take the values of truth, unity, and freedom through movement, and align them to bring together the family of truth, or the one human family. If I can set people free, and bring them together through awareness, we can love and be loved in a way that we share the humane experience.
I understand that this is a lifelong mission involving the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health of all that is. That's why I've created a movement for others to do what inspires them based on the transformation of their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual pains. In this way, we can let go of the illusive ties of separation we've been programmed to perceive and recreate worldwide integration.
The ModEvOp Famiglia, which stands for Mode Evolution Operation, it has one goal: Uniting All Nations. We're talking souls, not nationalities or roles. To get beyond that, and do the unthinkable in one unified state of empowerment.
The one goal I aspire to achieve, and will have the pleasure of personally ministering, is to create the first generation of emotionally free humane beings. For those that wish to join me, 10 billion souls are on the horizon, but not more distant than what we can imagine. This isn't just my mission. It's our mission. Together we can Unite All Nations. The process that I used myself to transcend the pain which I was experiencing is what I now use to help other people and facilitate group healing.

I literally spoke into a camera and played it back everyday until I learned exactly who I was. I paid attention to the body language, the tonality in my voice, and the words I actually spoke. I often found that I was lying to myself, and so I had to catch that in order to grasp it and transform it into a new reality. Some things are taught, and other things are caught. It was my reflection that I sought, and because I had it, a mirror that helped me feel safe within, I'd no longer miss out on a an opportunity to bounce back from pain. I'd explore the lessons of life, and get to live, all the wiser. Before long, I had mapped my mind and written my user manual. I had built more than the foundation for the content of my character. I now help people do the same, the content they are creating and putting out into the real world is in authentic alignment to what serves them. To speak their truth out to the world, harmoniously, through truth, unity, and freedom through movement.

This movie is my character in play. Over a period of 2.5 years, I record myself on camera and document my personal growth journey, sharing some of the greatest hardships I've faced with my health, peace of mind, and relationships, and how I transcended those difficulties to become an emotional freedom coach and speaker.
The documentary, "In Pursuit of Purpose, Finding a Life of Happiness," serves as a life testimonial that shares what is possible for any and everyone, even when they are dealt the hardest of life's challenges. It answers how accepting any imperfections you may have helps build the character that will enable you to move forward and share more of what you truly believe in, therefore becoming who you truly are.
Each video in the documentary has its own unique date stamp, and there are plenty of soundtracks to listen to as you transition into each sequence, accompanied by the entertainment of my personality, inspiration from my journey, and the education on how I come to earn the content of my character.
I made a movie because I thought it best to share the memoirs of my story for others to learn from. Without them, I wouldn’t be me. I wouldn’t be free to live in transparency.
I believe all the people and situations that come into your life have a message – all we need to do is listen. The toughest challenge you are given can become the best part of you if you let it.
The underlying message of this movie is, "If we could come together in community and share the love and compassion for those struggling with an illness, we would part ways with judgement to see that a life of freedom isn't afforded to everyone."

Our greatest human need is to be understood and appreciated. All we really need to know is what it means to have the true value of a real human connection.

A Higher Vision
What is Your Process, y’know, the one that leads you to your truth? Have you found your purpose yet? If not, that’s okay. I went through a lot of pain to find mine, because 2.5 years ago I was mentally ill, and now I clearly know who I am. I can show you who you are, because I know how I got here. I want you to join me in creating a just human race who can’t be controlled or manipulated, to be united as souls who each walk in their own role.
Ultimately, I want to show you your own user manual, the one you've been searching through for years trying to find the answers to. I'll fast forward your entire process by giving you the awareness you've been longing for, minus the pain, so you can live your life without hesitation. If you participate, you can be emotionally free, and in so doing, create a just society worth living in because you've found what it means to be the highest, truest, expression of yourself, and you now use your gifts to help uplift the humanity in everyone else.
Together we'll create the 1st generation of human beings who are so connected through emotional freedom that they are all known as family.
HOW CAN WE WORK TOGETHER?
► In awareness, acceptance and agreement of The Social Contract:
1) I am responsible for my own emotions.
2) I am willing to improve and accept feedback.
3) I will communicate to connect with people so I can be understood.
4) In acceptance of this family, I will also raise someone else.
► If you're in alignment with The 4 Agreements, we'll begin a daily ritual of self-reflection called Awareness Documentation, and we will do it together.
Step #1. Start where you are. Start somewhere. You don't have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great. We're not scared of starting. You think you're scared of starting, but if it's in your head, you've already started. If you've imagined it, you've dreamed it, you've already started. But this is the trick. We're not scared of starting, we're scared of being seen starting at the bottom.

life of bliss, because bliss is the activation of the function of potential.

The ALTAR Business Ministry was created to resolve the main problems concerned around healing. That is, that separation and a lack of accountability are what cause people to opt out.
However, we've put together an environment that establishes the grounds for group accountability. Here you can track the results of your progress with others, be inspired as you share positive and uplifting content with the community, and have fun while growing in an environment that truly wants the best for you.
