The Self-Healing Process – Tier 1 = Steps 1-11 of 30 Steps to Live a Purpose Driven Life
At the deepest recesses of healing, one has placed themselves into a closed off sense of self. They have built a wall in front of themselves that stops them from reaching other people, and being reached.
To move into a state of awareness, one has to be able to lower the walls they have built and truly express themselves to a point where they can value their own opinion, and express their voice enough to feel the reflection of their own thoughts and emotions.
We’re going to work toward resolving disagreements in your life,focusing on feelings so you can manage your emotions, and have proper communication that is receptive of feedback to turn observation into mindfulness so you may engage in a healthy conversation with yourself.
The Emotional Reflection Method – Tier 2 = Steps 12-21 of 30 Steps to Live a Purpose Driven Life
Often times, we ask for feedback from other people and then we reject their point of view.
Once you have begun the emotional healing process, you will then seek new ways to express yourself and connect with other human beings.
The level of depth in these interactions take on new meaning as you search for your values and develop the emotional awareness to connect with yourself and the rest of the world.
We’re going to take you from a defensive position, where you hold yourself back, into an offensive demonstration of what you are able to achieve by meeting one new person a day.
It’s a challenge, a really big challenge. You will become a part of a community as you seek to understand and be understood by others, confirm your identity, experience satisfaction in your relationships, and give and receive empowering feedback as you develop empathetic sincerity and move from a place of wanting to be known to being worth knowing.
The Freedom Journey – Tier 3 = Steps 19-30 of 30 Steps to Live a Purpose Driven Life
You first observe the world to understand yourself, then you observe yourself to understand the world. Once you learn what motivates you and you can value your own opinion more than what other people think, you are now in a position of mental clarity that enables you to become whole and complete, lacking in nothing.
Success is a journey, not a destination. I’m going to walk you through your own process so you can develop the courage to stop justifying your dreams,and start executing upon them! Your freedom resides in your own unique truth, and the leadership required to embrace self-confrontation and establish self-control in reaching your goals will give people an example to be followed.
This is about coming out from hiding into finding your calling. If there is any one thing I could wish upon any man walking this earth, it would be self-awareness. Self-awareness at its finest is accepting your shortcomings, while also accentuating upon your strengths, and making your decisions based on the openings in between.
I’m going to identify the strengths and weaknesses you would not see on your own, and help you experience emotional well-being so you can activate your potential, love and accept yourself, and share all that you are and as much as possible with the world so you can live a life of bliss, because bliss is the activation of the function of potential.
